Our Team

Blain has a long history in farming and land-based organizing both domestic and internationally. Blain is a dedicated craftsman, and member of the Timber Framer's Guild.

Dom Hosack is the Project Manager and Co-owner of Earth-Bound Building. He focuses on construction planning and implementation as well as financial sustainability. He is also a Timber Framer and lifelong student of the craft. When he’s not covered in sawdust or writing invoices, Dom enjoys spending time with his daughter practicing jiu jitsu and farming.

Randy has a strong passion for youth development, and leads youth apprentices and adults during educational encounters.

Amber is passionate about community building through collaboration and movement medicine. She founded Driftwood Alchemy in 2020 as an outlet for her creative pursuits, where she designs and builds custom wood pieces.
